Raised by his Nonna in the Abruzzo region of Italy, Chef Abruzzi grew up in the kitchen. He has since has moved to beautiful Canada with one goal:
To share his passion for hearty and wholesome meals with EVERYONE.

ABRUZZI'S VISION
Chef Abruzzi believes that food not only brings profound comfort, but he also believes that mealtimes are a sacred time of day.
In his perfect world, Abruzzi sees families and individuals enjoying laughs, love, and lasagna during their mealtimes. Moreover, Abruzzi believes these meals should be wholesome and made from ONLY the best - fresh pasta, meat sauce made from freshly ground beef and pork, and all-natural, locally sourced ingredients.
ABRUZZI'S STORY
Chef Abruzzi was raised by his Nonna in the rolling hills of Abruzzo, Italy, where life revolved around the kitchen.
Each morning, they’d stroll through the village market, handpicking fresh vegetables, herbs, and meats from local farmers and butchers.
Afternoons were spent at her side, preparing fresh pasta and slow-simmered sauces entirely by hand.
Evenings were for gathering around the table to enjoy true, authentic Italian dishes - his favourite being LASAGANA!
Now living in the beautiful country of Canada, Chef Abruzzi has one mission: to share his passion for hearty, wholesome meals with EVERYONE.

The foundation of ANY wholesome meal always starts with the ingredients.
In his hometown in Abruzzo, Chef Abruzzi learned this early — surrounded by the sounds, smells, and flavours of the village market. There, he discovered that the best meals begin with honest ingredients… and a whole lot of love.
That’s why, when you read the label on our lasagna, you’ll find Ontario-grown tomatoes, fresh basil, and beef ground fresh each morning before it goes into our slow-simmered tomato sauce.
What you won’t find? Added sugars. Preservatives. Or any unnecessary additives. Just real ingredients, made the right way.
